WFOA will use this information to submit your courses to COPE/ARBO and Florida CEBroker.  WFOA will not report to other state boards, however a certificate of attendance will be provided if you wish to self-submit. Please see your state requirements to confirm eligibility of courses.  Please verify COPE ID before registering.  Entering the incorrect ID number will result in incorrect filing.  QR codes may be scanned for self-submission at the end of each course. Please download the COPE/ARBO app.  More information will be sent to attendees prior to the event.

Refund Policy:   All registration fees will be refunded upon written request through March 15, 2027. There will be a $100.00 fee for all refunds issued between March 16 - April 10, 2027.  No refunds will be issued after April 10, 2027. Please contact [email protected] for questions or concerns regarding refunds.

Purchase Protection: Purchase protection is a service provided directly from REGFOX registration software company. It is not required for refund requests through March 15, 2027.  Adding purchase protection will allow you to cancel after March 15, 2027 without penalty.  Anyone who adds purchase protection and needs to cancel will automatically receive a refund without providing written notification.  This will be handled directly through the registration website.  WFOA is not responsible for providing refunds after April 10, 2027.
